If opportunity doesn’t knock, build a door. Or a website.
Let me guess, you’re reading this on your phone or tablet? Your clients are, too. So to start, your website should be mobile-friendly. (Hi phone—meet website; website—meet phone.) More Google searches take place on mobile devices than on computers. But beyond that, users make a decision within 3-6 seconds of visiting a company’s website. That’s your first impression. So let’s create something fantastic. Something that functions flawlessly. Something that converts. Something you’re proud of. You Ask. We Answer.
How much does it cost?Answer: Do-It-Yourself website options exist; they’re cheap, yes, but not always user-friendly and not at all optimized to help you rank with Google. With a website being your first (and possibly only) impression, it’s worth the investment. With Palm Marketing, a website will cost $3,000 to $5,000, with some basic sites being less and some custom additions costing more. Rest assured, the product we provide will be one that grows with you, is search optimized from the get go, and set up for successful future digital marketing.
How long does it take?Answer: Our website elves are amazing and usually need only three weeks to sort through your content, code the site, test functionality, and add the graphic touches that will make it shine. We may quote additional time if your site requires further programming for custom options. We’ll discuss all of this in our initial website kickoff meeting, though, so there will be no surprises on timeframe or final delivery date.
Is it mobile-friendly?Answer: Every Palm Marketing site is completely responsive. This means it is fully-functional and operational, whether via desktop, tablet, or phone. With a majority of website traffic coming from mobile and Google valuing mobile pages over desktop versions, your business cannot afford to have a site that is not responsive. Ahead of design, this one factor is key in converting users to customers.
What kind of site do I need?Answer: A website is the first impression. Within seconds, users make decision about your business and your services. Fortunately, you don’t need anything super fancy or over the top to make a good impression. Users are looking for something well designed, easy to use, and with quick access to the information they’re craving. A dynamic website (which is what most clients need) will have the functionality required for video & photo galleries, form submission, blogs, social media integration, events/calendars, and e-commerce or online stores.
What's included?Answer: Our website package includes a fully-responsive site, professionally branded to your specific business. We will create up to 25 pages (or however many pages are needed), using either high resolution images (stock photos) or photos provided. Once live, the site will be search optimized. The site will be setup with a content management system to make future edits easier, but we also offer ongoing support and maintenance.
Content...Who provides what?Answer: You’re the expert when it comes to your business, so obviously, we depend on you and your team for the words we need for each page of the site. However, we know that can be a challenge! Some of our clients send us fully edited, ready to print content; some send us snippets that we develop; and even more often than that, we pull the content from your old/existing site. Regardless, our website team is known for taking what they get, polishing it up, and creating a website that makes our clients go “Wow!”
