Total Air Service has leaned on Palm to help boost the internal efforts of their business development manager. This kind of partnership is ideal and enabled Palm to really grasp and support the goals of the business. To kick things off, Palm designed a new logo and business cards for the team to use. From there, Palm set the client up with a complete online reputation management program. This allowed Total Air to seamlessly collect and publish the great ratings they're earning with each job. Finally, Palm designed a fully responsive website for the business. The website showcases the many services offered, as well as a commercial project gallery, a blog for maintenance tips and news, and online forms to allow users to easily schedule service. Being able to work closely with the owners, and having great communication and support from the business development manager, allowed Palm to make the client's vision come to life.
