Email is Not Dead

Plain and simple: people will not work for emails. If they have to pinch and zoom to read, they won’t.
So to start: Design Matters.You need to consider font and headline size, button spacing, and images that speak for themselves.
Also, Be a Little Sentimental. Consider the generic name your email is coming from and dare to personalize it. Engage readers with a simple, emotion-evoking subject line.
And finally, KISS: Keep It Short [and] Simple. You get 8 seconds (less than the attention span of a goldfish!) to make your impression. Use it wisely.
